What happens if our order doesn't arrive?

We send out our orders within 24 hours except for weekends and bank holidays or unless we have notified you first. If your order has not arrived after 10 days please contact us at: info(at) so we are aware there is a problem. If your order is outside the UK we will advise you how long your order should take.

If your item still hasn't arrived after 21 days we will make a claim against the Royal Mail. If the item you purchased is still in stock we will send out another one. Most orders are usually delivered in the UK within 3-4 working days (longer for the rest of Europe and Worldwide).

Returns Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase. Email us info(at) to let us know you will be returning the items. Once the item has been returned we will resend your order or refund you the cost of your purchase. Your returned item must be unused or unworn in order to qualify.

Got the wrong order

If you have been sent the wrong order please contact us at info(at) and we will pay for the postage to have the item sent back. Once we have received it we will send the correct item to you.

Damaged goods

If the goods are damaged you must contact us within 14 days of your purchase to let us know what is wrong with your order. Once the product has been returned we will then resend your order.

We advise that you return items by recorded delivery as is not responsible for lost returns.
